Terms of Use

Last updated 22 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Callum app and the website at drcallum.com, operated by Ian Davies (“we”, “us”), based in British Columbia, Canada. By using Callum you agree to them.

Callum is a wellbeing tool, not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you’re struggling, please talk to a doctor or therapist. If you’re in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right now.

What Callum is

Callum helps you reflect on how you’re doing — logging your mood and other signals, and noticing patterns over time. It’s for personal wellbeing and self-reflection. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it should be taken as medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Your content

Your reflections are stored on your device, and you’re responsible for them — including keeping them if you change or reset your device (we don’t hold a copy). You retain all rights to what you write.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Callum for your own personal use, subject to these terms and the app store’s terms. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

No warranty

Callum is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight it surfaces is accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. We’ll change the date above when the terms change; continued use means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
